Copies of the updates on the Brook House Inquiry from the Chair and Counsel to the Inquiry provided at the preliminary hearing on 25 September 2020 are now available on the hearings page of our website. The Chair is currently considering all submissions and determinations will be published in due course – anticipated to be 9 October 2020.
